In this position, you will assist your department manager in the daily activities of managing a collection unit, supervise account representatives, and demonstrate your ability to lead with the application of company policies and procedures.
B A N K C A R D C O L L E C T O R
In this position, you will contact consumers by telephone to collect on their past due accounts. You will maintain the high ethical and professional standards set by FMA Alliance in all of your communications with consumers and/or third party contacts.
