FMA has developed our own proprietary collection software, Infinity, using a Microsoft SQL database engine and Apache Tomcat web services. The collection software is augmented with a phone system including a 325 seat blended predictive dialer and integrated IVR manufactured by Interactive Intelligence Inc. The Interactive Intelligence system provides inbound call direction as well as outbound broadcast capabilities including text-to-speech processing. The Infinity collection software uses a database structure which allows for the strategic flow of accounts based on predetermined events designed to optimize consumer contact. In addition Infinity offers our clients versatile reporting capabilities and off-site real time access to their accounts.
FMA Alliance deploys numerous physical and electronic security measures including physical access control systems, camera surveillance, and entrance alarm systems. Electronic measures include firewalls, intrusion detection systems and centrally managed virus protection. In addition to these measures, FMA engages third party vendors to conduct ISO 27002 or SAS 70 Type II equivalent audits on an annual basis.
